Returns Period
You have 28 days from receipt to return items for a refund or exchange. All items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return
- Log in to your account and request a return
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Attach the prepaid return label (UK only)
- Drop off at any Post Office or Evri ParcelShop
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- £2.95 return fee applies (deducted from refund) unless faulty
Exchange Service
For size exchanges:
- Return original items following standard process
- Place a new order for preferred size
- Contact us for price adjustment if needed
Non-Returnable Items
- Footwear without original boxes
- Personalized/customized items
- Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”)
- Items damaged after delivery
Faulty Items
Report within 14 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of defect
- Preferred resolution
International Returns
- Customers outside UK must cover return shipping
- Refund amounts may be adjusted for customs fees
- Use tracked shipping (we’re not responsible for lost returns)
Return Shipping Costs
- UK: £2.95 (free for faulty items)
- International: Customer’s responsibility
- Click & Collect returns: Free in-store
